Vincent J. Cuttita has engaged in the practice of law since 1962. Mr. Cuttita, the founding Partner
of Cuttita LLP, has extensive experience representing individuals, partnerships, limited liability
companies, trusts, estates, corporations and professionals in a variety of legal matters. Mr. Cuttita
has approximately fifty years of experience in the acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial
and residential real estate. He assists clients in the formation of corporations, businesses, and
partnerships, the acquisition or reorganization of businesses and the defense of their claims.
He has represented New York banks and trust companies in major real estate, trust and probate
matters. Mr. Cuttita has also distinguished himself in the New York political forum serving as
Commissioner of the Board of Elections of the City of New York from January 1985 to June 1995.
He has served as Counsel to the Minority Leader of the New York State Assembly from 1979 to 1982.
He was appointed Commissioner of Appraisals of the City of New York from 1977 to 1979, and was
appointed in 1966 by Mayor John V. Lindsay to serve on the Selection Committee for the Civilian
Complaint Review Board.
Mr. Cuttita has served as President and is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of the
Columbian Lawyers Association (an Italian-American Bar Association). He has also served as Trustee

Francis V. Cuttita joined the firm as a Partner in 1997. Mr. Cuttita has extensive expertise in real estate
and business transactions, media, sports and entertainment, endorsements and marketing. He also
serves as a business advisor to several domestic and international companies, as well as various sports
entities, and has advised the NFL Alumni Association and professional sports franchise ownership.
Mr. Cuttita focuses on the business and personal needs of legendary professional athletes,
internationally acclaimed entertainers, actors, sports agencies, professional league coaches, team
franchises and sports related companies.
Among his notable representations include the Miami Dolphins Marc Anthony collaboration, designed
to create and enhance the Dolphins' celebrity ownership group. Mr. Cuttita introduced his client,
Marc Anthony to the Miami Dolphins and counseled them throughout the transaction.
Mr. Cuttita is privileged to represent numerous legendary current and retired NFL and NBA professional
athletes, premier sports agencies, coaches, fashion models, Grammy award winning musicians,
Fortune 100 corporations and their CEOs, and television/radio personalities from ABC, NBC, CNBC,
MSNBC, MTV, HGTV, BRAVO and ESPN. Mr. Cuttita has been a guest speaker at various events, has
written several articles and has been interviewed and quoted as an expert legal analyst on business
websites and national newspaper publications.
He previously served as a senior associate at Beattie, King & Abate LLP (a spinoff law firm of Sidley
Austin LLP) and as an associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, both in New York.
Mr. Cuttita is a member of the Bar of the States of New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice
before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District
of New Jersey.
His accomplishments include several appointments from the New York State Supreme Court Judiciary.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Cuttita received a B.A. from Swarthmore College in 1990, where he played varsity football and
basketball. He received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1993.

Scott Koltun joined the firm as an Of Counsel in 2009. Mr. Koltun has over 28 years of extensive
experience specializing in civil litigation including insurance defense and coverage matters, plaintiff
personal injury and medical malpractice. Mr. Koltun also has expertise in the area of commercial
practice, representing mortgage banks as both plaintiff and defendant in a wide range of litigation
in all New York Supreme, Civil and Federal Courts.
Mr. Koltun has tried all types of cases from the simple to the highly complex; representing individuals
and corporations successfully in jury and non-jury trials, conducting depositions, drafting and filing
motions and appeals, attending discovery, certification and settlement conferences; appearing for
oral arguments on motions.
Mr. Koltun is a member of the Bar of the States of New York and California is admitted to practice
before all courts in New York. He is a member New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
